Return & Exchange Policy

At Shecarry, we value your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 7-Day Exchange Window

We offer a 7-day exchange policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds; however, you can exchange the product for another item or receive a store credit.

2. Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at 0326 8484592 so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Note: A video of unboxing the parcel is highly recommended as proof for damaged claims.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain types of items cannot be exchanged:

  • Jewelry Items (unless arrived damaged).

  • Cosmetics & Skincare (if the seal is broken).

  • Items bought on Clearance Sale.

5. How to Start an Exchange

  1. Send a message on WhatsApp at 0326 8484592.

  2. Provide your Order ID and the reason for exchange.

  3. Once approved, you will need to ship the item back to our warehouse. (Customer bears the return shipping cost unless the item was damaged/wrong).

  4. After we receive and inspect the item, your new choice will be dispatched.
